The Houston Texans are the new matter this week after making the large current transfer of touchdown Buffalo Payments star vast receiver Stefon Diggs, giving younger quarterback C.J. Stroud one other large weapon to work with.
Former NFL greats Chad Johnson and Shannon Sharpe obtained right into a heated dialogue on a current episode of “Nightcap,” the place they mentioned the commerce and had a significant disagreement.

Johnson added that followers ought to watch how Josh Allen’s numbers develop into a wrestle with out Diggs in Buffalo and that the Kansas Metropolis Chiefs can be thought of a ready-made workforce, not the Texans or Payments.
It’s unclear what “ready-made” means on this context, however Sharpe seemed to be arguing that each conditions have been best for a star receiver to stroll into, put up large numbers, and compete for a championship.
Diggs joins a large receiver room already stuffed with unimaginable younger expertise in Nico Collins, Tank Dell, and John Metchie III, and leaves behind a Payments workforce devoid of a lot expertise at WR in any respect after additionally dropping Gabe Davis in free company.
Johnson and Sharpe are all the time good for a pleasant heated debate, and that’s all this was.
It’s onerous to facet with Johnson on this one, because the Texans have all of the makings of being subsequent up within the AFC, with a younger thrilling head coach, a stud younger quarterback, a brick wall at left sort out, and younger expertise everywhere in the protection.
