Who’s next for Alex Pereira after knockout win?

Alex Pereira achieved the primary protection in his mild heavyweight title reign Saturday when he knocked out Jamahal Hill within the UFC 300 fundamental occasion.

After failing to retain gold in his run at middleweight champ, Pereira (10-2 MMA, 7-1 UFC) established himself at 205 kilos with a first-round finish of Hill (12-2 MMA, 6-2 UFC) at T-Cell Enviornment in Las Vegas.

Pereira mentioned post-fight he would settle for any matchup provided by the UFC brass, and threw out the concept of shifting as much as heavyweight. There’s contenders ready in his division, too, although, akin to Magomed Ankalaev and Jiri Prochazka.
