Former Charlotte Hornets guard James Bouknight has been sentenced to probation after being discovered responsible of impaired driving, based on court docket data in Mecklenburg County as reported by Andrew McMillan of wsoctv.com.
Bouknight’s authorized bother stems from an incident in October 2022 when he was found unconscious in a parking space blocking site visitors on East Brooklyn Village Avenue by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Division.
As a part of his sentence, Bouknight will likely be on unsupervised probation for 12 months and should full 24 hours of neighborhood service inside 90 days, which could possibly be waived with proof of inpatient therapy for substance abuse.
