“I’m at a separate location than all people else with two safety guards as a result of I’ve been threatened by Jorge Masvidal,” Sonnen mentioned on his YouTube channel. “I gotta inform you, I went into the powerful man enterprise very early in order that I’d by no means have to fret in regards to the very scenario that I discover myself in proper now. There’s guys on the market that I must fear about, however there’s extraordinarily few and I’m by no means going to run into one in every of them outdoors of a cage as a result of no man could be that silly — is why a younger Chael Sonnen was impressed to be taught sooner or later how one can defend himself. But right here I’m with two guys that won’t permit me to go away my very own room.”
Sonnen, a former middleweight, mild heavyweight, and heavyweight competitor, famous that the safety precautions weren’t his alternative earlier than making some comparisons to his time in Brazil throughout his rivalries with Anderson Silva and Wanderlei Silva. “The American Gangster,” 46, retired from lively competitors after a second-round TKO loss to Lyoto Machida in June 2019.

He’s finished it earlier than, however I don’t totally understand how we bought right here. I do know why I’m not pleased with Jorge Masvidal. As a result of he went on Ariel’s present and mentioned that he was not pleased with me. I do know why I’m bothered by Mavidal, however I don’t know why he’s bothered with me.
“It’s a really onerous factor to think about. Might you think about not liking Chael? I’m a captivating man. Charismatic man. Loyalty and honor and respect. You would apply all of these issues to me and Masvidal finds that the Chael allure is just not fairly as highly effective as some. Subsequently, I sit earlier than you in a secluded room with my very own pool and sizzling tub.”

This has change into such a hilariously one-sided beef that I by no means would have anticipated. I get why Jorge could be upset by or about Chael and what have you ever, however how a lot he mentioned about him was the shocking half. As a lot as I’d like to, I don’t assume we’ll see any Chael comebacks.
Pleased Friday, gang. Loopy day and weekend of motion. Take pleasure in and I’ll see you Monday. Thanks for studying!
